You can view the results on the xiNET website.

Procedure

  1. If you did not select the URL in the To xiNET dialog box, open a Chrome™ browser and go to the xiNET web page http://crosslinkviewer.org/.
  2. If you selected the URL in the To xiNET dialog box, the xiNET website automatically opens.
  3. The upload does not work with Internet Explorer™.
  4. In the side panel, select Upload.
  5. The upload page opens.
  7. To view the crosslinks in the CSV file or FASTA file, do the following:
  8. Under Cross-link CSV File or FASTA File, select Choose File.
  9. In the Open dialog box, browse to the location of the file and select it.
  10. Select Open.
  11. Select Upload.

The following figure shows the crosslinks displayed in xiNET with some of the proteins expanded so that the linked positions in the sequence become visible.
