The Crosslink Summary page summarizes the number of inter- and intra-crosslinks per file. The page lists the crosslinks at the protein level, instead of showing the individual peptide crosslink information. The page summarizes which amino acid residues are connected by the crosslink, indicating the parts of the protein or proteins that are close to each other.

Number CSMs | Displays the number of CSMs created from the spectral identifications. |
Number Interlinks | Displays the total number of unique crosslinks between different proteins detected by the application. |
Number Intralinks | Displays the total number of unique crosslinks within the same protein detected by the application. |
Number Reporters | Displays the number of scans in which the application detected reporter ions. |
Raw File | Displays the path and name of the raw data file. |
