Displays the intensity of the precursor ion.

Displays the mass-to-charge ratio of the precursor isotope.

M/z xA [Th]

Displays the mass-to-charge ratio of the reporter isotopes associated with the first peptide.

M/z xB [Th]

Displays the mass-to-charge ratio of the reporter isotopes associated with the second peptide.

Mass [Da]

Displays the calculated monoisotopic mass of the precursor isotope.

Pre Scan Number

Displays the scan number of the prescan (MS scan) in the raw data file, which is expected to produce the reporter ions.

Pre Spectrum ID

Displays the unique spectrum identification of the prescan (MS scan), which is expected to produce the reporter ions.

Retention Time [min]

Displays the retention time when the crosslinker peptide was observed.

Scan Number

Displays the scan number of the scan in the raw data file.
