Use the Proteome Discoverer ThirdParty Node Installer on the Proteome Discoverer release media or the Thermo Scientific™ software download site (https://thermo.flexnetoperations.com) to obtain the software.

Procedure

  1. Run Thermo Proteome Discoverer ThirdParty 3.0.exe.
  2. Select Next.
  3. Accept the terms of the agreement.
  4. Ensure that the XlinkX checkbox is selected.
  5. (Optional) Select other listed third-party nodes.
  6. Select Install.
  7. The initial installation of the XlinkX software includes a 60-day demonstration license.
