Follow these steps
On the autosampler, plug the 6-pin connector of the cable into the port labeled Dig I/O 2.
Connect the wires for the output signals (white wire and brown wire) to the appropriate connectors on the mass spectrometer.
With this, the inject response signal is delivered automatically.
