All USB connections require standard USB A-to-B type cable.
The flat, rectangular end of the cable is the "A" connector. The smaller, hexagonal end is the "B" connector.

Follow these steps
On the autosampler, pump, and column compartment (if installed), connect the "B" connector of a USB cable to the USB port.
Connect the "A" connector of the USB cable from the pump to the USB hub (2.0 or higher) on the computer.
Connect the "A" connector of the USB cable from the other modules to the USB hub on the pump.
To control the modules that use a USB hub on another module, the module that provides the hub must be turned on.
