- Complete the Installation Request Form. Go to MS Installation Request Forms.
- Return the completed and signed form, as applicable:
- – For laboratories in the U.S., send the form to:
us.customer-support.analyze@thermofisher.com - – For laboratories outside the U.S., send the form to the office handling the installation.
