Visually inspect the shipment when it arrives. Carefully inspect the shipping containers for obvious signs of damage or evidence of rough handling. The large shipping containers include a ShockWatch™ indicator or similar label. Verify that the indicator has not been triggered or activated. Do not open the shipping containers.

If the shipment arrives damaged, follow the procedure to report the damages. See Report Damaged Packages.
