When your laboratory is prepared for the installation and your new instrument has arrived on-site, a Thermo Fisher Scientific service engineer will unpack it and begin the installation process.
After the installation, the service engineer performs a familiarization training and demonstrates the following:
- Identifies key system components
- Basic instrument operation
- Basic instrument control software operation
- Basic maintenance
NOTE
To receive maximum benefit from the onsite familiarization training, plan for the system operators to be available during the entire installation process.
