The following table the lists the various system readback states that are located on the top right portion of the Tune application window.
Icon | Background color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Green | The system parameters are within tolerance. |
| Green | The system is initializing. |
| Amber | One or more settings are changing. |
| Red | An error has occurred or the mass calibration has expired. |
| Gray | The MS is off. |
| Gray | There is no communication between the MS and the data system. |
