Glossary
Use a soft toothbrush to scrub the MP00 multipole with a 1% solution of Liquinox in water. Clean both the entrance and exit sides of the multipole. Use a swab to clean between the rods. Rinse the multipole thoroughly with water. Rinse the multipole with methanol. Dry the multipole thoroughly with nitrogen gas. Verify that the multipole is clean by examining it with a loupe.
