Procedure

1. Do one of the following:
1. Open the Method Editor from the data system or the instrument control application. Then, select the Global Parameters tab.
2. Select Tune on the desktop to open the Tune window. Then, select the Ion Source tab.
2. In the Ion Source pane of the Tune window or the Ion Source Properties pane of the Method Editor, type the LC flow rate in the Current LC Flow (μL/min) box. Then, select Get Defaults.
