The mass spectra of the EMRS in positive and negative ion polarity modes have peaks at m/z values close to the theoretical values in the following tables.

IMPORTANT

If you observe interfering peaks in the EMRS spectrum that are within ±10 Da of any of these calibration masses, follow the procedure Flush the inlet components. Ensure that the interfering masses show less than 25 percent of the intensity of the calibrant ions.
