In the Options menu, you can select from a variety of commands such as setting instrument preferences, loading diagnostics, viewing reports, and more.
The following table provides a brief description of the commands in the Options menu.

Preferences | Opens the Tune Preferences window. For more details, see Tune Preferences. |
Load Diagnostics | Opens the file browser where you can navigate to select a diagnostics file (.xmb file). NOTE This option is intended for use by a Thermo Fisher Scientific service engineer. |
Load Standard Diagnostics | Opens the user diagnostics. |
View Calibration Reports | Opens the file browser to a Reports folder, where you can select and open a PDF of the calibration report. |
View Other Reports | Opens the file browser to a Reports folder, where you can select and open a PDF of a report. |
View Instrument | Displays a schematic of the ion transmission path through the Stellar MS. |
Tune Help | Opens the Tune Help. |
Instrument Manuals | Opens the file browser to a Manuals folder, where you can select and open a PDF of the user manuals. |
Instrument Web Page | Opens the Thermo Fisher Scientific website. |
About Tune | Opens the splash screen where you can view the version of the software and license information. |
