Use the Plot Chromatogram dialog box to specify the types of chromatogram traces that the Tune application plots. You can plot the chromatogram from the TIC, the base peak, or one or more user-defined m/z values. For the mass table, you can import the settings from (or export them to) a .csv or .txt file.

Procedure
- Select the Plot Chromatogram
icon in the lower-right corner of the Tune window. - The Plot Chromatogram dialog box appears.
- Select the chromatogram type, and then select OK.
