Procedure

1. Verify that the Auto-Ready calibration solvent vial is seated in the vial receptacle and that the calibration vial locking lever is in the locked position.
2. Verify that the PEEK fittings are properly tightened.

3. NOTE

   If a fitting is loose, tighten it by hand (do not use tools). Over-tightening the PEEK fittings can cause leaks.

3. Verify that the Auto-Ready sprayer is properly installed.
4. Verify that the Auto-Ready calibration solvent vial level is full with the FlexMix solution.
