You can use the various Alerts Console control options to customize the displayed information in the event table, such as applying filters, searching for specific terms, sorting event message types, and so on.
The following table describes the Alerts Console control options.

Filter | Specifies the filter used to display the results in the event table based on the following selections: – All |
Find | (Optional) This is a search find box. Enter a value to be used for the search string. |
Match case | (Optional) If selected, the search string uses the exact value entered from the Find box. |
Find (button) | Select this button to search, filter, and display the results in the event table. |
Freezing scrolling | If selected, the displayed results in the event table freezes. New alerts will not appear automatically to the viewable area of the display window. |
Default sort | Sets the default sort view. The items within the event table are sorted by the following criteria:

Clear all | Clears all alert messages in the event table, except for error and warning messages. |
Export | Exports alert messages that are displayed in the event table to a user-defined location. The exported file is a .csv format. |

Copy logs at time reported | This option parses and copies the data system log at the time of the reported event. You can save the log file to a user-defined location. A range of data is copied based on time of the reported event and the user-specified values from the Tune Preferences → Alert Console Options. |
Copy logs at time recovered | This option parses and copies the data system log at the time of the recovered event. A range of data is copied based on time of the reported event and the following values from the Tune Preferences → Alert Console Options. NOTE This feature is only available when the log contains a recovered error or warning. When selected, you are prompted to save the log to a user-specified location. |
Generate service bundle for time reported | This option bundles the services at the time of the reported event. You can save the generated .zip file to a user-defined location. |
