The Diagnostics pane is typically used by a Thermo Fisher Scientific service engineer. It provides item-specific instrument calibration parameters. As a standard user, you can access limited parameters to run specific, per-item, calibrations.

Prerequisites
- Select the Options
icon and then select Preferences to open the Tune Preferences window. - Under Report Options, specify your preferred report settings.
Procedure
- Select the Diagnostics
icon on the lower-right corner of the Tune window to open the Diagnostics pane. - In the Diagnostics pane, select Check Only if you want to run the check procedures only on the Standard Calibration category.
- Select the arrow next to the category that you want to expand.
- Select the components that you want to test.
- Select Start.
