You can check the recommended API source settings for various LC flow rates using the Tune application or Method Editor.

Procedure

Do one of the following:
Tune application: Select Stellar Tune on the desktop to open the Tune application. Then, select the Ion Source tab.
Method editor: Open Xcalibur and select Instrument Setup. Then, select the Global Parameters tab.
In the Ion Source pane of the Tune application or the Ion Source Properties pane of the Method Editor, enter the LC flow rate in the Current LC Flow (μL/min) box. Then, select Get Defaults.
