The Thermo Scientific™ SampleManager™ LIMS Thermo Scientific™ Chromeleon™ CDS Link is a module that allows for bidirectional communication between the SampleManager LIMS and the Chromeleon CDS and consists of two separate components:
- The WebAPI Service offers a REST API that SampleManager can use to connect to a Chromeleon domain.
- The Add-in, that is the SampleManager Chromeleon Interface, allows the Chromeleon CDS to automatically transfer results back to SampleManager as part of the electronic report generation, review, and approval process.
This document describes the installation procedures for the Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS Thermo Scientific Chromeleon CDS Link WebAPI Service 2.0 (WebAPI Service). For more information on the Addin and integration with SampleManager, refer to the SampleManager LIMS Installation Guide.
