  • Microsoft .NET Core 8.0.8
  • Microsoft ASP.NET Core 8.0.8
  • Discoverer Daemon can only be directly called by Xcalibur 4.3 or later
  • Windows 10 Professional or Windows 11 Professional
  • Network connection required for CHIMERYS search and Protein Annotation node. Other Proteome Discoverer features available without a network connection.
