You can add inclusion files to the CHIMERYS Inclusion Files page to be used in data independent acquisition (DIA) workflows. For more information, see Understanding how the CHIMERYS algorithm quantifies data produced by Data Independent Acquisition

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Select Administration > Maintain CHIMERYS Inclusion Files.
  3. Select CHIMERYS Inclusion Files .
  4. The CHIMERYS Inclusion Files page opens.
  5. Select Add.
  6. The CHIMERYS Inclusion Files dialog box opens.
  7. In the CHIMERYS Inclusion Files dialog box, do the following:
  8. Locate the CHIMERYS inclusion file that you would like to add.
  9. Select Open.
  10. The file displays on the CHIMERYS Inclusions Files page.
  12. (Optional) To refresh the inclusion files page, select Refresh.
