This rarely needs to be changed, but if you expect longer disruptions, you may increase this value. Minimum value = 1, Maximum value = 1000 |
Max Entries in Sequence Database | This is the maximum sized FASTA file that can be sent to the CHIMERYS service. In general, databases larger than 500,000 might lead to failed searches on the service. Minimum value = 1, Maximum value = (unchecked) |
