You can export a CHIMERYS Inclusion File.

The inclusion file must only include peptide IDs you would like quantified across all runs. Adding too many PSMs to the inclusion file might negatively affect the number of identified and quantified peptides.

NOTE

A CHIMERYS inclusion file can only be exported from CHIMERYS results.

Procedure

  1. Open a CHIMERYS result file.
  2. Select File > Export > To CHIMERYS Inclusion File.
  3. The Export to CHIMERYS Inclusion File dialog box opens.
  5. In the Destination Folder box, enter the path or locate the folder where you want to save the inclusion file.
  6. (Optional) Select the Checked PSMs Only checkbox to only export the checked PSMs in the result file.
  7. Select Save.
  8. The application automatically changes the suffix of the results file to .mbrList.
  9. Select Export.
