Occasions may arise where you need to deregister from the Ardia server, such as moving the connection from one processing PC to another processing PC or changing server registration if you have multiple Ardia servers.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Select Ardia Server > Register on Ardia Server.
  3. In the Ardia Server Management menu, select Server Registration.
  4. The Ardia Server Registration window opens.
  5. Select Deregister.
  7. The Deregister from Ardia Server dialog box opens.

  8. NOTE

    After you deregister, Ardia functionality is no longer available.

  9. Select Yes.
  10. Close Proteome Discoverer and reopen the application.
