You can load remote files from the Ardia Advanced Tower Server directly into a study in the Proteome Discoverer application. When a file is imported from the Ardia Advanced Tower Server into a study, a green check mark appears in the Remote Status column. For any files imported locally, a green check mark appears in the Local Status column.

During the analysis, the Proteome Discoverer application downloads the remote injection from the Ardia Advanced Tower Server to the local processing computer and run it.

The analysis is completed locally and results are also stored locally until you publish them to the Ardia Advanced Tower Server. See Publish analyses to the Ardia Platform.

NOTE

You can also add existing MSF files to a study. The application adds the MSF file as a new result to the Analysis Results page and adds the raw data files that were processed to create the MSF files to the Input Files page.

For more information on the Ardia Repository parameters, see Ardia Repository parameters in the Ardia Platform Help portal.
