You can publish your analyses to the Ardia Platform. This process removes the analysis result file from the local processing computer and stores it on the Ardia Platform.
During the upload to the Ardia server, Proteome Discoverer creates a concatenated .pdResultx file that is stored on the server. This file contains multiple files, such as the PDRESULT file, the PDRESULTDETAILS file, the PDRESULTSDETAILSVIEW file, and the PDRESULTVIEW file.
If the analysis only contains a processing workflow (no consensus workflow), then Proteome Discoverer creates a concatenated .msfx file. This file contains multiple files, such as the MSF File, the MSFDETAILS File, the MSFDETAILSVIEW file, and MSFVIEW File.
