You can load remote results from the Ardia server to the Proteome Discoverer computer.

NOTE

You can load remote results directly into a study and open them from the Analysis Results tab. See Access remote files and results within a study.

Procedure

  1. Select Open Remote Result from the application toolbar or select Open Remote Result under the Start area of the Start Page.
  3. The Download Result dialog box opens.
  5. Select the File to Download browse button.
  6. The Ardia Pick Documents dialog box opens.
  7. Locate your folder in the Ardia Repository.
  8. Select the checkbox of the result you want to open.
  9. Select Open.
  10. The File to Download box populates with the location of the file.
  11. Select the Target Directory browse button.
  12. The Select Folder dialog box opens.
  13. Locate the folder where you want the results to download.
  14. Select OK.
  15. The Target Directory box populates with the directory location.
  16. Select OK.
  17. The result file begins to download and opens in the Proteome Discoverer application.
