The following table describes the parameters in the Fragment Match Colors and Fonts page.
Command or Option | Description |

| Loads the last saved default fragment match settings for the selected mass analyzer/activation type combination. |
| Saves the current fragment match settings as the default fragment match settings for the selected mass analyzer/activation type combination. |
| Loads the original factory fragment match settings for all mass analyzer/activation type combinations. |
Ion Series | Specifies the foreground and background colors of the fragment ions found in the search. |
Neutral Losses | The application automatically chooses the fragment match colors of neutral loss ions on the basis of the colors of the ion series that they belong to. The options in the Neutral Losses area are read-only. |
PTMs | The application automatically chooses the fragment match colors of PTMs on the basis of the colors of the ion series that they belong to. However, you can select the background color by selecting the BG box. |
Other | Specifies the foreground and background colors of any adduct ions found in the search. |
