Stops a search.


Removes a search.

Selects that job to be run immediately after the current run finishes.


Refreshes the display of the job queue.

Opens a completed results report (result file) from the selected search.

Opens a study (.pdStudy file) from the selected search.

Displays any longer messages issued during processing.

Execution State

Displays the status of the search:

  • Completed: The search is finished.
  • Not Queued: The search is waiting to be put into the queue because the application is temporarily occupied with another task.
  • Running: The search is being run now.
  • Waiting: The search is waiting to run.
  • Sleeping: The search is in the queue but is suspended. You can place a search in the Sleeping state by selecting a search in the Waiting state and clicking Pause. Resume the search by selecting the search in the Sleeping state and clicking Resume.
  • Execution Failed: The search cannot finish.

Details

Indicates whether there were warnings or errors in the workflow.

Progress

Displays job completion as a percentage.

Type

Displays the type of workflow: Processing or Consensus.

Name

Displays the name of your project from the name that you specified in the Workflow Editor.

Submitted at

Displays the date and time that you submitted the search.

Study

Displays the name of the study that the search belongs to.

Data Source

Displays the path and name of the raw data file being used in the search.

Description

Displays the additional descriptive information that you entered when you used the Workflow Editor. Otherwise, this field is blank.

Time

Displays the time that the processing finished for each step described in the Message column.

Processing Node

Displays the name of the workflow node performing the step described in the Message column.

Level

Displays the type of information that the adjacent message contains. By default, some of the types are not visible, so you must use the Custom column filter to select them.

This column can display these message types:

  • Info: Informational only.
  • Progress: The percentage of the processing performed. Visible only during a search.
  • Warning: The application encountered an issue in processing, but the issue was not severe enough to terminate the job.
  • Error: The application encountered an issue in processing severe enough to terminate the job.
  • Verbose: Details of the informational messages.

Message

Displays the nature of each step in the processing.
