Procedure
- Set the filter parameters for the node:
- Under PSM Filters, for Score, select the name of the score to filter by from the list.

- For Threshold, type the score to filter by.
- Repeat steps above for any additional filters.
- You can specify up to 10 PSM scores and thresholds as filters.
For each score type, the application excludes scores lower than the specified threshold.
