Open the result of interest. Select the Proteins tab. Choose View > Distribution Charts , or select Distribution Charts Select the Heat Map tab. For more information about Heat Maps, see Work with Heat Maps . Choose the appropriate Data Source, for example, Proteins: Abundances (Scaled) . Choose the appropriate Scale Values, for example, Scale Before Clustering , and select Refresh . Select a cluster by highlighting the dendrogram on the y axis and double-clicking. Right-click on the heat map, and choose Check All Visible Points . Heat map and enrichment The enrichment plot updates with the annotations associated with the checked proteins.
