Viewing apex-aligned traces might be useful when you are interested in what the peak looks like, whether replicates cluster together, and whether there is a clear separation between conditions.
NOTE
The consensus workflow must include the Feature Mapper node for the commands in this topic to work.
Procedure
- Select the Peptide Groups or Consensus Features tab in an open result file.
- Select the row or rows on the appropriate page.
- You can select one or multiple traces.
- Select View > Chromatogram Traces View, or select Chromatogram Traces View .
- To display a trace or traces without alignment, do one of the following:
- Right-click the plot and selectDisplay Options > Show Unaligned.
- To display a trace or traces with chromatographic alignment derived from the Feature Mapper node, right-click the plot and select Display Options > Show RT-Aligned.
- To display a trace or traces with chromatographic alignment derived from manual recalculation in the Chromatogram Traces view, right-click the plot and select Display Options > Show RT- and (Group-) Apex Aligned.
