The following table lists the parameters on the Pie Charts view.

Loads the Option pane settings that you saved with the Save command. | |

Chart Type | Specifies the type of pie chart to display:

Vertical Rotation | Specifies the angle of rotation around the vertical axis. Default: 0 |
Angle of First Slice | Specifies the location of the first chart slice. Default: 0 |
Pie Slice Options | |
Show Type Name with Value | Determines whether to display the name of the data group next to the value.

Show Slice Amount | Determines whether to display the amount of each slice.
|
Show Slice Percentage | Determines whether to display the percentage of each slice.
|
Label Style | Specifies the label style of the chart segments.
|
Labels Font | Specifies the font of the data set labels. Default: 9-point Microsoft Trebuchet bold To display aspects of the label font that you can change, select the arrow to the left of Labels Font option.

Small Slices Options | |
Collect Small Segments | Determines whether to consolidate small segments together in a single slice.
|
Small Slice Threshold (%) | Specifies a percentage threshold for the slices to be consolidated into a single slice. Default: 5% |
Small Slice Collection Label | Specifies the label for the pie segment composed of consolidated segments. Default: Other |
Small Slice Collection Color | Specifies the color of the pie segment composed of consolidated segments. Default: Gray |
Show as Supplemental Pie | Determines whether to display small segments as a supplemental pie chart.

Supplemental Pie Size | Specifies the size of the supplemental pie chart relative to the original pie chart.
|
Data Source | Displays the result category to plot the data from. The categories are as follows: Protein Groups, Proteins, Peptide groups, PSMs, or MS/MS Spectrum Info. |
