The following table describes the Export Proteins to FASTA dialog box parameters.
Command or Option | Description |

Destination Folder | Specifies the path and name of the FASTA file where you want to save the proteins. |
Checked Proteins Only | Exports the references and sequences of the proteins that you selected on the Proteins page of the result file. Otherwise, the application exports all proteins included in the search results. |
Export | Saves the search results in the specified FASTA file. |
Close | Closes the Export to FASTA dialog box without exporting any search results. |
