The following tables describes the Export to ProtXML dialog box parameters.
Command or Option | Description |

Destination Folder | Specifies the path and name of the XML file where you save the results of the protein group search. |
Checked Protein Groups Only | Exports all protein groups that you selected by putting a check mark next to them on the Protein Groups page of the result file. Otherwise, the application exports all protein groups included in the search results. |
Export | Saves the search results in the specified XML file. |
Close | Closes the Export to ProtXML dialog box without exporting any search results. |
