The following table describes the Export To PepXML dialog box parameters.
Command or Option | Description |

Destination Folder | Specifies the path and name of the XML file where you want to save the exported data. |
Checked PSMs Only | Exports the PSMs that you selected by putting a check mark next to them on the PSMs page of the result file. If you do not select the Checked PSMs Only checkbox, the application exports all PSMs included in the search results. |
Export | Saves the search results in the specified PepXML file. |
Close | Closes the dialog box without exporting any search results. |
