You can load a saved filter set to your result file.

Select View > Display Filter.
The Display Filter pane opens.
Select Load.
In the Load Filter Set dialog box, do either of the following:
Locate the filter set (name.filterset) file that you want to load.
Enter the name of the file in the File Name box.
Select Open.
The selected filter set appears in the Display Filter pane.
When you load filter sets that do not apply to the type of pages that the report contains, the application preserves the filters but makes them unavailable. When you load filter sets with conditions that refer to unavailable properties (columns) in the report, the application shows that these conditions are unavailable by crossing them out.
(Optional) Remove conditions as follows:
To remove conditions that are temporarily disabled, select Remove next to the condition.
To remove all unused conditions from all filters, select Remove Unused Items.
