You can temporarily disable the active filter for a page in the result file.
The following table explains the different filter icons that appear on the page tabs.
Icon | Meaning |
---|---|
N/A | No filter is defined for this page. |
A filter is defined, and all rows are visible, including the filtered-out rows. | |
A filter is defined, but at least one row is currently filtered out. | |
A filter is defined but is currently disabled for this table, and all rows are visible. |
Prerequisites
- You have opened a result file and selected the page you would like to view.
Procedure
- On the tab of a page displaying the or the filter icon, select the icon.
- The application temporarily disables the active filter for the page—as indicated by the disabled filter icon on the tab—and the application displays the filtered-out rows.
- (Optional) Select the disable filter icon to redisplay the filtered data.
- Selecting the filter icon is a faster way of temporarily disabling active filters than using the method described in Temporarily disable filters (method 1). The ability to easily switch back and forth between filtered and unfiltered views of the data is useful during data review.
- The process of temporarily disabling a filter only affects the contents of the associated page. It has no effect on the defined row filters; other views, charts, or pages; nor any exported CSV files or Excel files.
