Prerequisites

1. You have opened a result file and selected the page you would like to view.
2. You have opened the Display Filter pane, see Create a display filter.

Procedure

1. In the left pane of the Display Filter pane, select to turn off the toggle of the filter category that you want to temporarily disable.
2. The icon changes to an OFF icon.
2. SelectApply.
3. (Optional) To enable a filter category, turn on the toggle of the filter, and then select Apply.
4. The following figure shows the results when the Peptide Groups filter is temporarily disabled. The disabled filter is denoted by the gold circle.
