# AAs | Displays the length of the decoy protein sequence. |
# Peptides | Displays the number of peptides. |
# Protein Groups | Displays the number of protein groups containing the decoy protein. |
# Protein Unique Peptides | Displays the total number of peptides that are truly unique to a particular decoy protein. |
# PSMs | Displays the number of decoy peptide spectrum matches identified from all included searches, including those redundantly identified. |
# Unique Peptides | Displays the total number of distinct peptide sequences unique to the decoy protein. |
Accession | Displays by default the unique identifier assigned to the decoy protein by the FASTA database used to generate the report. |
Checked | Indicates whether the item is selected. |
Coverage [%] | Displays the percentage of the sequence covered by identifications from the included searches. |
Description | Provides the name of the decoy protein and links it to the accession number of the original protein used to generate this decoy protein entry. This description appears in the table by default. |
FASTA Title Lines | Displays the FASTA title of the decoy protein. |
Master | Indicates whether the protein is the master protein of a decoy protein group. For some peptides, a list of proteins might contain this peptide sequence, but none of them is a master protein. This situation can occur if the peptide contains isoleucine at a position where the master protein has leucine or vice versa. |
MW [kDa] | Displays the calculated molecular weight of the decoy protein. The application calculates the molecular weight without considering PTMs. |
Protein Group IDs | Displays the identification numbers of the reference decoy protein groups. |
Score Sequest HT | Displays the corresponding Sequest score for the associated decoy peptides. |
Sequence | Displays the amino acid sequence. |
Sum PEP Score | Displays the protein score calculated as the sum of the negative logarithms of the PEP values of the connected PSMs. |
Unique Sequence ID | Displays a unique identifier for the protein sequence. |
