Most of the information in these columns comes from the Samples page of the study that created the analysis. However, the information in the Sample Group column and the Ratios column comes from the study's Grouping and Quantification page.
Column | Description |

Checked | Indicates whether the item is selected. |
Sample | The sample identifier specified on the Study page. |
File ID | The file identifier. |
Sample Identifier | ListsFile name for LFQ, and listsFile name + mass tag for reporter ion or precursor ion quantification. |
File Name | Name of the RAW file. |
Sample Type | Indicates the sample type. Depending on the study, the value can be either Sample or Control. |
Quan Method | The quantification method used. |
Quan Channel | The quan cannel for the assigned method. This column is hidden for label-free quantification results. |
(Study Factors) | The abbreviated study factor type and study factor name. The user defines them in the study. There is one column for each study factor in the table. |
Sample Group | The sample group associated with each Quan Channel defined by the user in the Grouping and Quantification page in the study for the current result. This can be a combination of multiple study factors. |
Ratios | The ratios involving this channel that the user defined by in the Grouping and Quantification page in the study. |
