The ProteinCard page links to resources containing information about the respective protein.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Double-click a row on the Proteins page of the result file.
  3. Select a row, and then select View > Protein Details.
  4. The Protein Identification Details dialog box opens.
  5. In the Protein Identification Details view, select the ProteinCard tab.
  6. The Proteome Discoverer application accesses the Annotation Server.
  8. Select the appropriate link to open the browser for the database.
  9. Each link opens in a default browser.
  10. Select OK to close the Protein Identification Details dialog box.
