You can arrange a custom layout on a page of a result file, save it, and apply it to other result files. You can also restore the original layout of a result file—that is, the layout that was applied by the consensus workflow that originally produced the results.
In addition, you can apply a layout to the results during data processing by including the Display Settings node in the consensus workflow.
A layout includes the following items:
- The set of result pages that is currently visible in the result report, such as the PSMs page, Proteins page, and Peptide Groups page
- The set of columns that is currently visible on each page
- The order of the columns on each page
- The sort order applied to the results on each page
- The active filter set applied to the results on each page
You can arrange and save a layout on any page of the result file.
