You can select the columns that are shown in the tables on each page of the result file.

Procedure

  1. In the upper left of each result page, select Field Chooser .
  2. The Field Chooser dialog box opens.

  4. Do either of the following:
  5. To display a column, select the checkbox next to the column name.
  6. To hide a column, clear the selected checkbox.
  7. The application instantly shows the selected columns and hides the cleared columns.
  8. TIP

    You can also remove columns by dragging the column title above the column-title line.

The first few columns of the main table are common to all pages. These columns are described in the following table.

Select Visible Tables ()

Opens the Select Visible Tables dialog box, so you can select the pages to display in the result file.

Field Chooser ()

Opens the Field Chooser dialog box, so you can select the columns to display on a page of the result file.

Index number

Identifies a row.

Moves the selected row to the top of the results page.

Reverses the move of a row to the top of the results page.

Checked

Indicates whether the item is selected.
