Procedure

1. Open an existing study or Create a study.
2. In the study, select Add Files.
3. The Add Files dialog box opens.
3. In the Add Input File dialog box, select the MSF files, result files, or both that you want to import.

4. NOTE

   For Ardia users, select the Add Files dropdown menu, and then select Add Local Files.

4. Select Open.
5. In the New Study and Analysis dialog box, select OK.
6. An Analysis window opens and contains a processing step for each file added to the study.
6. Create a consensus workflow. See Create a workflow.
7. (Optional) Do one of the following:
1. To generate a result file for each input file, select the By File checkbox in the title bar of the Analysis window.
2. To generate a single result file for all input files, clear the By File checkbox in the title bar of the Analysis window.
8. Select Run.
