Procedure

1. On the Study page, select the Grouping & Quantification tab.

2. NOTE

   The Grouping & Quantification tab does not appear until you add or open an analysis and specify input files for the analysis.

2. In the Study Variables area, select the checkbox of the study factors that you want to use to group your samples and the study factors from which you want to draw the numerators and denominators of the ratios.
3. In the Manual Ratio Generation area, select the numerator value from the Numerator list.
4. Select the denominator value from the Denominator list.
5. Select Add Ratio.
6. The generated ratio appears in the Generated Ratios area.
