You can open the workflow that gave the results of a specific results file.

Procedure

  1. In the Proteome Discoverer application, select Administration > Show Job Queue to open the job queue.
  2. Select the appropriate search.
  3. Select Open Study.
  4. In the study, select the Analysis Results tab.
  5. Right-click the result of interest and select Show Details.
  6. The Analysis Sequence Details window displays.
  7. You can view the Consensus and Processing workflows, Post-Processing Nodes, and Current Workflow Issues for the selected result file.
