You can set values for multiple cells all at once.

Procedure

  1. Select the Samples tab.
  2. To select multiple samples for one study variable, do one of the following:
  3. Position the cursor to the immediate right of the cell in the factor column (in the example, the E coli (ng) column) and drag the cursor to select the remaining cells.
  4. Holding down the SHIFT key, use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard to select the cells that you want to edit.
  6. To the immediate right of the last cell that you want to select in the factor column, right-click, and then select Set factor name to > factor value.
  8. In the following figure, the E coli (ng) factor value for each of the selected samples is being changed to a value of 10.
