Procedure

1. Select Add Files.
2. In the Add Files dialog box, select the input files that you want to add.

3. NOTE

   You can also add existing MSF files to a study. The application adds the MSF file as a new result to the Analysis Results page and adds the raw data files that were processed to create the MSF files to the Input Files page.

3. Select Open or drag the input file or files from Windows Explorer and drop them onto the Input Files page.
4. The Proteome Discoverer application adds each file with a unique identifier as an individual study file. The studies are given IDs as follows: F1, F2, F3, and so on.
